In Ed's Garage?

Being mentored by Ed Pauley, fall2007 has challenged my palette, composition and skill as well as my notion of color theory.

My reds are now cool and warm not just in your face. The cools are luminous, the texture richer and the subtlety more intense.

"Why?", you may ask. I suspect it comes from trying to make a stuffed chicken look "stuffed", a model look alive and the things from Ed's garage look interesting. And let me tell you, the stuff from Ed's garage is very boring.

I think it is best not to identify it. Just enjoy the composition, the texture and the color....and assume that Ed's wife asked him not to drag the stuff back home.
